Client's extensive contribution to the preparation of documents crucial to obtaining a summary judgment was not recognized or fairly compensated. Nor were a number of monetary benefits the client lost as a result of the wrongful termination addressed and adequately compensated for. Client was pressured to settle unwillingly due to Bradley's lack of interest to continue representing the client.
