Michael A Nicholas is a terrific lawyer. He is honest, never beats around the bush, helps guide you in court, and fights for you. When I was in need for an attorney after doing some research on attorneys in Danville, my gut told me to go with him. He helped me gain my life back. I did not have this lawyer personally, my spouse did, but Michael Nicholas is not a good court appointed lawyer. Any lawyer is suppose to fight for you not dispute you down and go against you. If you are African American good luck because he will not fight for you at all.
