I attempted to get an attorney here. I expressed the urgency and the quick turnaround time needed. I called about and hour a half before the appointment time, just to find out he was canceling due to being sick (they weren't even going to call me) They rescheduled for the next day. I called back again (the same day) to express the urgency, at no point did he express there's a possibility he may be out for a few days. This morning I get a call that he has "covid". This office lacks professionalism. At a minimum, another attorney should have been able to step in.

I should’ve left this review 15 years ago. Nevertheless, Kristie was an exceptional advocate for me during the most difficult time of my life. She represented me in a long, ugly divorce and custody battle and was a strong and brilliant lawyer. Having a lawyer that made me feel she really believed in me helped dull the thorns and barbs of what I was dealing with. And she accomplished the single most important goal I set of helping me to maintain custody of my children for their benefit.

Kristie Kane and all employees at her office are incredible and professional. After Mrs. Kane worked directly as my divorce, family, and child custody attorney, I have personally seen first hand how brilliant, diligent, personable, kind, empathetic, on top of her game, and hard working she is. She is undoubtedly the best family law attorney in the Fredericksburg/Spotsylvania/surrounding areas. Kristie is the finest, most personable, effective, caring and aggressive attorney I've met. She stepped into my case when my former attorney retired and she never missed a beat. Mrs. Kane was appointed as my son's GAL in my very high conflict custody case. Mrs. Kane is very professional NONE BIAS . She listen to my concerns.Mrs Kane was very gentle when talking with my son .My son had been through quite alot through out the years .My son was being aleninated from my by his father and new step mother .It was horrible ! My case was a long one full of minpulation lies . Kristie did a wonderful job of making recommendations for what was in the child best interest. She did her job well . She answered all my questions .Mrs. Kane office is nice clean and has a adorable kitty . All the staff where hospitable .I would say if you hire her she's a winner . If you get her as a GAL your in excellent hands . I only wish all the GALS took there postion as serious as Kristie did .Kristie takes her job serious. i can tell she really cares about the children she is assigned to.
