This firm takes advantage of their employees, they do not give them raises and they do not give reviews they just fire their workers if they make an error!!! The proper way is to review and communicate with their employees and if the are doing things wrong Wright them up and give 3 legal warnings but they don't, they don't give raises and that shows they have no respect for their employees.
