Later, I earned my Juris Doctorate from Santa Clara University in 2008 which started my career in law. Prior to opening my own firm, I was a Senior Associate at a consumer bankruptcy law firm for 9+ years and oversaw more than one thousand Chapter 7, chapter 13 filings and argued before both the 9th Circuit Bankruptcy Appellate Panel and the 9th Circuit Court of appeals. In my spare time, I love to go to car shows and spend time with my wife and children.

Timothy obtained a B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley, and a J.D. from Golden Gate University, San Francisco. Timothy is licensed to practice in California and has been an active member of the California State Bar since 1987. He is admitted to practice before the United States Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit, and the United States District Court for the Eastern, Northern and Southern Districts. Timothy has a BV rating with Martindate-Hubbell. During Timothy’s extensive twenty-eight years of practice, he has litigated and tried cases in both state and federal courts.
