About Alexander
Mr. Maniscalco joined The Loftin Firm LLP in 2009, where he works on transactional matters and related areas of law from drafting and revising agreements, easements, and loan documentation, to land use and planning, mobilehome park conversions, preparation of corporations and homeowners associations, and general real estate legal and contractual issues. He is a member of the National Eagle Scout Association, and the Order of Malta Auxiliary.
Mr. Maniscalco is a San Diego native, growing up in Orange County. He studied computer science, economics, and literature at Marquette University, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in English from the Writing-Intensive program. While at Marquette, Alexander also worked as an EMT and provided volunteer drafting, tutoring, and professional writing support to non-profits. Alexander returned to California and attended the University of San Diego School of Law, focusing on real estate, corporate, and administrative law. While at USD, he worked part time for Inland Communities, LLC, and counseled clients through the Perspectives in Criminal Justice Clinic and the Land Use Law Clinic, where he received recognition for top performance.
Prior to joining the Loftin Firm, Mr. Maniscalco worked at Apple, Inc., and served as a Vice President and key legal and technical resource in negotiation and litigation at Development Strategies, a residential land development company in Orange County and the Inland Empire. He remains on the Board of Directors there.
