After graduating from UCSD, Mr. Mehdipour attended Southwestern University School of Law where he received his JD. I had a tenant that was being forced to move out for required demolition. She was originally offered a minimal amount and I was able to step in and negotiate an equitable amount for her relocation and conditions.
