Andrew M. Stein has been practicing law for over thirty years and has specialized in the area of criminal law and civil rights. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from the State University of New York in 1975. He went on to earn his law degree from the University of San Diego, School of Law in 1978. To date, Andrew M. Stein has successfully tried over 200 cases to verdict! Throughout his career, Andrew M. Stein has earned a reputation for being a top defender in the legal community and earned the respect of his peers and top judges throughout Southern California. Mohamed Eldessouky knew at an early age that hardworking people need the best legal protections available. From his earliest awards for outstanding community service by the California State Senate in high school, Mr. Eldessouky continued his passion for supporting the community throughout his college years and remains honored to practice his dedication to the legal profession through today. Always bargaining for more and showing a sincere appreciation for representing others, Mr. Eldessouky became the Student Body President at the University of California Irvine, before graduating with his law degree in 2008. This role would allow Mr. Eldessouky to engage in state-level discussions for better working conditions for instructors and students. Today Mr. Eldessouky continues these discussions but now for California employees while meeting with various elected officials to influence legislation. After graduation, Mr. Eldessouky worked for the American Leadership Academy, where he honed his skills by organizing seminars and workshops with Fortune 500 executives. This experience led Mr. Eldessouky to focus his legal desire for protecting employees from his very own firm in Anaheim, California. Protecting his community from adversity in the workplace is a challenge he holds dear. Lawrence D. Rohlfing has practiced disability law since 1985. He represents the disabled and seeks to enforce their rights before the Social Security Administration, the United States District Courts, the United States Courts of Appeal, and the United States Supreme Court. Having been involved in thousands of disability claims and training of other lawyers, he brings considerable experience and expertise to the representation of disability claims under Social Security and ERISA.Mr. Rohlfing has argued disability and other benefit entitlement claims in over a hundred claims before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals. He presented briefs in three cases to the United States Supreme Court. Mr. Rohlfing argued Black & Decker Disability Plan v. Nord to the United States Supreme Court in April 2003.Mr. Rohlfing is a sustaining member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimants' Representatives (NOSSCR). He currently serves as the Ninth Circuit Representative to the NOSSCR Board of Directors and currently serves as the Treasurer of NOSSCR sitting on the Executive Board. Mr. Rohlfing is the past chair of the Los Angeles County Bar Association Social Security Section. Mr. Rohlfing has presented numerous papers to bi-annual meetings of NOSSCR, the Los Angeles County Bar Association Social Security Section, the Beverly Hills Bar Association, the Southeast Bar Association of Los Angeles County, and the National Business Institute.Mr. Rohlfing graduated from Whittier College in 1982. He graduated from Whittier Law School in 1985 cum laude. He is the proud father of seven children that he raises with his wife Maggie. He is actively involved in the community managing baseball and softball teams, coaching football, and serving as the elder of La Habra Christian Church.
