About Howard
Mr. Cho has been a trial lawyer and litigation specialist since his admission to the Bar in 1976. He has participated in more than 50 jury trials in the California Superior Court, and presented argument to the California Appellate Court. Mr. Cho concentrates his practice in the areas of complex litigation, personal injury, family law, and construction/construction defect litigation.
Mr. Cho serves as a court-appointed arbitrator for the Ventura County Superior Court and is a long time member of the Ventura County Bar Association, the Ventura County Trial Lawyers' Association, the Defense Research Institute, and is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates. He graduated in 1972 from the University of Southern California, and received his J.D. in 1975 from the University of Santa Clara Law School.
