About Idin

Idin Kashefipour is a partner in the firm’s Litigation and Labor & Employment Practice Groups.  Mr. Kashefipour has over a decade of experience litigating cases from inception through trial and appeal.  His clients include individuals, businesses, and non-profit organizations facing employment related claims of wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, and wage and hour violations.  Mr. Kashefipour also regularly advises clients on commercial and residential landlord-tenant disputes and ADA claims.  Mr. Kashefipour takes pride in his ability to understand his clients’ needs and priorities to tailor a litigation strategy that accomplishes their goals efficiently and with minimal disruption to their business.  With that in mind, he has resolved numerous cases through informal negotiations and ADR.  Mr. Kashefipour has also served as first and second chair in several jury trials, private arbitrations, and appeared before the California Court of Appeals.

Prior to his legal career, Mr. Kashefipour was a middle school English and social studies teacher in Los Angeles. Outside of the office, he enjoys spending time with his wife Sahar and their two kids.
