My name is Tej Singh - I am the founder of Tej Law Firm, PLLC in Texas and Tej Law Firm, PC in California. I started this firm in December 2020 with one goal: to help real people with real problems. I am a proud Aggie and graduated from Texas A&M University in 2012 with a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and a minor in Business Administration. I graduated from the University of San Diego School of Law with Honors in 2016. I am fully licensed and serve clients in both Texas and California and have thus am able to represent clients in both states. In my career thus far, I am fortunate to have already worked in diverse legal environments, spanning from firms of varying sizes to varying legal subspecialities. In law school, I clerked for various firms, specializing in employment law, personal injury, and intellectual property. I am fortunate to have a diverse spectrum of prior experiences that I now apply at my firm. Once I was granted admission to the California State Bar, I initially practiced with the largest Workers’ Compensation Defense Firm in California (Los Angeles). For two years, I protected and limited exposure to employers dealing with injured workers. I built relationships with Workers’ Compensation Insurance Companies and the Workers’ Compensation Appeals Court Judges and learned the Workers’ Compensation system from the perspective of the Defense. After passing the California Bar Exam, I decided to challenge myself to also pass the Texas Bar Exam so that I could serve as legal counsel in Texas for my family. After I was granted admission to the Texas State Bar, I moved to Texas and practiced as a defense attorney in areas of employment law, Texas Dram Shop Law, personal injury, medical malpractice, and Texas windstorm insurance. Before starting my own firm, I worked at a plaintiff’s firm focusing on wage and hour disputes as well as medical malpractice claims. My main practice area is Employment law including wage and hour claims and California Workers' Compensation claims. In California, I represent clients that have been injured at work with their Workers’ Compensation claims. I know how the Defense thinks, and I know what to anticipate in their legal strategies. I work closely with my clients, as part of a team, to ensure that my clients’ rights are protected after an injury or ailment developed in the workplace. We will work together to make sure that you receive proper medical treatment, fair compensation for time missed from work, compensation for any loss in future earnings, and future medical treatment. I also handle Wills and Estate Planning in Texas. My goal is to ensure that my clients maintain peace of mind knowing that all their necessary legal documents are prepared and valid, with all assets accounted for, in the case of an emergency or the unfortunate passing of a family member.

During Raymond’s practice, which spans over a decade, he has gained extensive experience in all facets of complex litigation. His expertise includes litigation of employment, general liability, class action, construction, products, and general business litigation matters – from start through trial, and appeal. Further, he has prepared volumes of employment handbooks, construction and real estate disclosures and agreements, and general business contracts aimed to fully protect his clients and, when applicable, transfer risk to the appropriate parties. This allows Raymond to offer a unique perspective to his clients and create strategies for any scenario.

Kamran represents clients in complex insurance, employment, construction, general liability, and business litigation. Those clients include some of the world’s largest insurance carriers, governmental entities, Fortune 500 companies, several of California’s largest publicly- held and privately-held businesses, builders, real estate developers, and contractors. In connection with the litigation practice, he also advises and represents a wide spectrum of London market insurers, reinsurers, and intermediaries in all lines of insurance business, including professional liability, construction, property, maritime, general liability, environmental, energy, and directors & officers (D&O) policies. Kamran’s coverage practice includes knowledge and experience relating to the different types of insurance policies, their interpretation, and application.

A native of New York, NY, Robert Kitson obtained his law degree from the State University of New York, Buffalo School of Law in 1995. He was an Editor on the Buffalo Law Review. Mr. Kitson has tried over forty jury trials in both New York and California. After leaving New York, Mr. Kitson was a founding party of Litt, Estuar & Kitson, LLP, a civil rights firm in downtown Los Angeles, CA. In 2013, Mr. Kitson accepted Mr. Myers’ invitation to join the firm to serve the role as lead trial counsel on various cases and to serve as Chair of Complex Litigation at The Myers Law Group, A.P.C. Since joining the firm in 2013, Mr. Kitson has continued his great success as a trial attorney obtaining multiple plaintiff jury verdicts. Mr. Kitson’s success on behalf of clients at both The Myers Law Group, APC., as well as at his previous firm includes: Obtaining a $3.3 million judgment on behalf of a Los Angeles Fire Department (LAFD) Captain who was retaliated against after he reported discrimination and harassment by higher-ups in the fire department (Lewis S. Ms. Natalie Mirzayan takes a compassionate approach to the practice of law and is known for her ability to listen to clients and understand their needs and goals. Ms. Mirzayan is dedicated to achieving favorable settlements at the earliest opportunity and works on the principle that negotiations are most successful when the case is well-positioned for litigation if necessary. Ms. Mirzayan makes clear to her clients that they will be actively involved in their cases, and that the case strategy will be developed based on their particular needs and circumstances. Ms. Mirzayan was awarded her law degree from California Western School of Law and after further law studies obtained an LL.M. in Taxation from Chapman University School of Law. Ms. Mirzayan was a member of the California Western School of Law Pro Bono Honors Society and received the Wiley W. Manuel Award for Pro Bono Legal Services. She graduated with honors, cum laude, from the University of California Los Angeles with a B.A. in Economics. Ms. Mirzayan’s experience in litigation and alternative dispute resolution, allows her to carefully evaluate each client’s individual needs to achieve optimal results.
