About Stuart
Prior to attending law school, Mr. Hene worked at the Texas State Capitol and consulted on two different local campaigns. After attending law school, Mr. Hene was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in November 2009. Throughout his legal career, Mr. Hene has focused on oil & gas, business, and general civil litigation matters. He has been an Adjunct Professor at the University of Texas at Tyler, and has served on the City of Tyler’s Parks and Recreation Board. Currently, Mr. Hene serves on the City of Tyler’s Civil Service Commission, and is General Counsel for Prestige Capital, L.P./GT Engineering.
