About Timothy
Timothy Fredricks is a litigator with experience in product liability defense, complex business litigation, and securities. He has national and regional counsel experience in product liability, and has defended companies engaged in manufacturing a broad spectrum of products, including automobiles, sporting goods equipment, and industrial equipment.
Prior to joining Bowman and Brooke, Timothy was an associate at an international law firm where he assisted in successfully defending a well-known sports apparel manufacturer in the first product liability case it ever took to trial.
During law school, Timothy participated in Loyola's Hobbs Trial Advocacy Program and spent a semester externing at the Los Angeles County District Attorney's office where he prosecuted preliminary hearings and misdemeanor trials.
